This raffle is benefiting children and families who visit and play at Levi’s Adventure Trail. This will help us purchase and install a Yalp Sona Play Arch. Check out the video in the description below for more info! A total of 200 tickets will be sold, at $100 each. Drawing will occcur when all 200 tickets have been sold. You don’t have to be present to win, and there is NO LIMIT to the number of tickets you can purchase! More details below. Levi’s uncle Jim generously donated 24 bottles beyond the Buffalo Trace, and we’re excited to give these away, too! Names like 2018 Pappy 15, 2017 Weller 128.2 proof, and many more grace the list, and you can see the full sheet below. So, what are we trying to build?
We are raising funds to purchase and install our Yalp Sona Play Arch! This thing is just awesome, and literally bridges the gap between kids’ love for technology and active, outdoor play! Check out the video and see what it’s all about. We can’t wait to add this incredible feature to Levi’s Adventure Trail; in fact, we’ll be one of only a handful that are installed in the United States, which makes us a landmark to bring even more families together at LAT!
How It Works
The basics: We are selling 200 tickets at $100 each. You can buy as many tickets as you wish. Tickets are being sold online ONLY at http://bit.ly/35P7vB2. The drawing will happen when all 200 tickets have been sold.
The drawing: We will use a combination of digital and analog resources to randomize the drawing. We will draw the top 25 names from our list of 200, and those will be pasted next to the list of 25 bottles (see the list section), and each name receives that bottle. Simple and fair!
Basic Rules: The #1 slot giveaway, the Buffalo Trace six millionth barrel bottle is for personal use and winner cannot sell or trade the bottle. You must be 21 years old or older to enter. Drawing will be conducted on a live post on Levi’s Adventure Trail’s Facebook page when all tickets have been sold or on Dec. 15, 2019 (whichever comes first). We will notify each ticket holder by provided contact information the exact date and time of the event. Winners will be announced on our Levi’s Adventure Trail Facebook page and website. Winners will receive a receipt at the email address provided when ticket(s) was purchased. No physical receipts will be provided. Winners will be notified by contact information provided and the winners’ names will appear on Levi’s Adventure Trail Facebook page and website after the drawing. Active Levi’s Children’s Charity board members and their families are ineligible to purchase tickets. Items will be sent via fully-insured delivery to any address in the Continental United States as specified by the winner and unless prohibited by law.
No purchase limit applies while sufficient tickets are available. A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold. Void where participation is prohibited. All proceeds benefit Levi’s Children’s Charity/ Levi’s Adventure Trail a Missouri 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Buffalo Trace and Facebook is not responsible for this event in any way.

Drawing functionality: Drawing will be streamed live on our Facebook page. Once the tickets have sold out, we will announce the date and time of the drawing. The drawing will be done randomly using both analog and digital means, to ensure the utmost randomness that can be achieved. Dice will be rolled to determine the number of times the list of names will be shuffled. The list of names of raffle ticket purchasers will be placed into an online list randomizer at https://www.random.org/lists/. We will shuffle the list of names a number of times as determined by the dice, and then paste that list of names in next to the bourbons in our spreadsheet (see bourbon list for order). The first 25 names will win the bottle that corresponds with their name in the randomly ordered list. Each winner will be contacted via the information provided when they bought their ticket for winner verification.
Fundraising details: All funds raised go to Levi’s Children’s Charity, a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, and will be used to purchase and install new Sona Play Arch equipment for Levi’s Adventure Trail, located in Cape County Park South in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
